How do I make an appointment?

Send us an email at hello@leighalexandra.com but please include details of what you’re interested in, what date you’d like an appointment, your budget and dress size so we have a good idea of everything before we meet!


Do you charge for appointments?

Initial appointments are charged at £25. This is redeemable against your dress purchase. Once you've booked your slot you'll receive an email with a link to make payment. This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your appointment.


What is the price range?

Our bridal collections start at £1000 up to £3000. Bespoke starts at £2000.

Our occasion collection dresses start at £400 up to £1000. We offer a bespoke service for bridesmaids, proms, pageants and events starting from £800.


What fabrics do we offer?

We have access to all sorts of beautiful fabrics from our suppliers. Whatever material or colour you have in mind, the chances are our suppliers have it. We have a huge selection of samples in our studio for you to view at your appointment but if you have something specific in mind make sure to let us know so that we can order it in especially for you.


Can I alter your designs?

The benefit of our dresses being made to measure is that you get the opportunity to alter the details of the design. We can add or remove sleeves, alter necklines or add extra trims. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information if you’re not sure what you’d like can be done.

How far in advance should I start my dress search?

We recommend that you begin dress shopping as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Ideally a minimum of 12 months before your event. We can however work to tight deadlines so please check with us via email.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

It is important that the correct underwear is worn to all fittings along with the shoes that will be worn on the day so that we can perfect the fit and length. Our dresses can be made with or without structure so bring a good bra just incase along with nude underwear.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

We suggest no more than 2 people so that the focus stays primarily on you.


Do you offer an alterations service?

Yes we also offer an alterations service.

Cancellation policy

Once the deposit for a made-to-order gown has been paid, you are in a contractual agreement. We do not refund or exchange.
